Welcome to Design It. These Terms & Conditions outline how we work together and what you can expect when partnering with us.
By starting a project with Design It, you agree to the following:
1. Services
Design It provides branding, logo design, website design, and creative direction services. Each project will include a clear scope of work agreed upon before we begin.
2. Payments
To secure your project, a 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before final deliverables are handed over.
Please note: all payments are final, and deposits are non-refundable
3. Revisions & Scope
Your project includes a set number of revisions, which will be outlined in your proposal. Any additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
4. Retainer & Ongoing Services
For clients who require ongoing creative direction or design support, Design It offers retainer and monthly plans. Retainers are billed on a recurring monthly basis and must be paid in advance to reserve your time. Unused hours or requests do not roll over to the following month. Retainer payments are non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities
To keep projects on track, clients are responsible for providing content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in communication may result in adjusted timelines.
6. Ownership & Portfolio Rights
Once your final payment is received, you will own the rights to the approved design deliverables. Design It retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.
7. Third-Party Services
We may assist with third-party tools or platforms (such as hosting, domain providers, or integrations), but Design It is not responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by those providers.
8. Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your project after work has begun, your deposit will not be refunded. Any work completed beyond the deposit amount will be billed accordingly.
9. Liability
Design It is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our designs, websites, or related materials.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
